Thanks for using our products and services ("Services"). The Services are provided by NetsSys Interactive Inc. ("NetSys"), located in Queen Creek, AZ USA.

NetSys Interactive Inc. (netsysinteractive.com) is a web hosting, web design, software development (custom programming), graphic design, and Internet technology consulting company.

As part of that endeavor and our commitment to customer service and transparency, we'll always be open and honest about what information we are collecting and how it's used.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

Your privacy is extremely important to us!

Every NetSys Interactive Inc. account is required to provide us with a current email address and to update that email address if you stop using it, or lose access to the one provided to us. We will use that email address to send you updates about the platform, the terms of service, password recovery, and billing, and to send you both general and targeted offers based on choices you make in your account settings.

We will not share that private email address with anyone outside of our organization except when we believe it’s required by law, to help protect the rights and safety of you, us, or others, or if we are sub-contracting a piece of work or contract that requires the contractor to interact with you for additional information about your business or Services like in the case of SEO.

Private information stays private but can be used internally for any purpose within the spirit of the terms of service.

Public information shared on your website, on public forums, or shared with other NetSys Interactive Inc. customers through any means can be used in any manner spelled out within the terms of service, or in the spirit of the terms of service. You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your public and private account settings).

Any information/content you post on your website and that adheres to the community guidelines remains your intellectual property and you retain full rights to it. Anything you use that is the property of an outside person, entity, or NetSys Interactive Inc., remains the property of the respective owner.

You retain the right to cancel your account at any time, by simply requesting that we close your account. All information you provided us in your account settings will be kept for historical, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. In addition, when you close your account your website and related data will be deleted at our discretion and time frame.

Due to data backups, some information may be stored internally (not publicly viewable) for an extended period beyond the closing of your account though.

Public posts in forums, reviews of products, reviews of Services, reviews of other customers, or content shared with other customers or anywhere in public spaces, may, or may not, be deleted at our discretion though.

You grant us permission to use your public information including your likeness, company name, company logo, and all public information including your business offers, and business interests, across any of our primary or secondary systems, websites, newsletters, emails, push notifications, public reviews, feedback, etc. for informational, functional, or promotional purposes without any compensation to you. That does not exclude you from participating in specific written arrangements with us where you can be compensated in some form if so designated by a separate written agreement.

Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give NetSys (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and developing new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to our business platform Bizity.com). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.

In addition, we take notices of alleged copyright infringement very seriously and will terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Cookies and Behavior Tracking

NetSys Interactive Inc. uses cookies, sessions, pixels, records your IP address, and other methods to track your behavior both on our sites and in our emails. Furthermore, we will keep that data indefinitely to allow us to build an understanding of your interests, behavior patterns, and engagement in both the platform and offers provided in any manner. Our goal is to provide you with offers and opportunities that are of interest to you, so tracking your interactions is essential to doing that. We will not be giving away or selling that information to outside/3rd parties except for site analytics used by companies such as Google described below.

We will allow advertisers or other members to target certain specific demographics through ads or sponsored content shown on pages, within emails, or in any other method, we incorporate to provide ads, offers, and sponsored content. Again, that information will be allowed to be used through us, but not given away or sold outside of our system.

You should also be aware that outside advertisers like Google already track your behavior across the Internet and serve you ads on websites based on previous searches, page visits, and purchases. We have no control over that and you may see targeted ads on a limited number of pages on our site or in emails resulting from our running of ads from providers like them. Furthermore, you should expect that they will gather additional data from our site analytics to potentially target your interests even further.

You should assume that your behavior/interests will be used to provide you with relevant ads, offers, and sponsored content, but we will not be selling/giving away your specific information like your email address, and phone number. Any information shown in the public portion of your website should be expected to be seen and used on an individual basis by someone wishing to do business with you in some form. They are allowed to contact you on an individual basis by using the information you choose to show publicly, but not gather/scrape your data for use in an outside campaign.

If you were referred to NetSys Interactive Inc. by another NetSys Interactive Inc. customer by taking/clicking a referral link to our site, or if you manually enter a referred by ID or name, the referring customer will be able to see that you signed up using their referral information. Furthermore, if/when you purchase products or Services that are eligible under our referral/affiliate program, the referring NetSys Interactive Inc. customer will be able to see that item name, item amount, and date/time of the purchase, and item/service fulfillment status to allow them to see what potential commission(s) they are eligible for and when they can expect to receive payment. They will not see any credit card information, personal account details, etc. beyond your account ID, account name, and the item/service you purchased.
